150-home development plot sold
A parcel of land in North East Cardiff earmarked for up to 150 homes has been sold to a national housebuilder.Bellway Homes has bought the 8.61 acres of land at St Edeyrns, which was originally split into two parcels.The proposed development will comprise up to 150 new homes with a mixture of varying house types as well as highways improvements.Mike Rees and Lisa Roberts from the Cardiff office of commercial property firm Bruton Knowles acted on behalf of the Welsh Government and Heron Land on the sale.
