250 PRS apartments set for approval
Plans for an 11-storey building featuring more than 250 private rented sector (PRS) apartments in Bristol’s Temple Quay Enterprise Zone are set to get the green light from councillors next week (22 February 2017).Legal and General Property, via agent Alder King, lodged an application in 2016 for a residential-led development on Avon Street, Temple Quay.It is proposing to develop a building of between eight and 11 storeys featuring 255 PRS apartments, of which 24 will be affordable housing.
