Plans in for 31-storey apartment block
Plans are in for a 31-storey apartment block at Princes Dock that forms part of Peel’s £5.5bn Liverpool Waters regeneration project.It is envisaged that Hive City Docks will provide 278 private rental apartments, a rooftop premium restaurant with ground-floor bistro and bar facilities, and a 24-hour concierge upon completion.The Brock Carmichael-designed scheme will be delivered under Your Housing Group’s (YHG’s) Hive brand, its private rented sector arm.The collaborative design for the tower has been led by Brock Carmichael and supported by Arup as planning consultants, the Alan Johnston Partnership as structural engineer and Futureserv as services consultant.The proposed development is scheduled to take two years to build.
