Russells Construction to deliver flagship £34m Manchester office refurbishment
Russells Construction has won the contract to refurbish the Grade II listed Hanover office on Manchester’s NOMA development.The north west contractor will carry out the £34 million upgrade of the flagship city centre warehouse on Corporation Street, with completion due in August 2018.The 109,000 sq ft development is being stripped back and remodelled, creating 91,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and 18,000 sq ft of available retail and leisure.
