Jewellery quarter factory set for redevelopment

Permission has been granted to redevelop a former factory in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter into 156 apartments.Developer Blackswan vowed to ‘sensitively renovate’ the site to provide housing. The development, known as Gilders Yard, will also comprise 8,000 sq ft of commercial space.
