Aster Group and Linden Homes launch new housebuilding joint venture
Housing developer Aster Group and house builder, Linden Homes, have launched a new joint venture, Boorley Green Land, to deliver new homes in Hampshire.The joint venture has been formed to deliver a third of the properties at a 1,400-unit scheme in Boorley Green, Hampshire. Working alongside developers Bloor and Bovis, it will deliver 443 new homes, of which 303 will be offered on the open market and 140 through affordable tenures.
