CALA Homes gets green light for Dunbar housing development
CALA Homes has been given the green light for a new housing development near Belhaven in Dunbar, East Lothian.Plans to build 90 homes on the Beveridge Row site were approved convincingly, subject to provision of a permanent vehicular access onto Beveridge Row.A quarter of the homes, which range from two-bedroom to five-bedroom properties, will be affordable. The scheme will include detached family homes, cottage style apartments and terraced units.
