Kier chalks up £23m Sheffield school
The new school will accommodate 1,200 pupils once completed.Kier has been named preferred bidder to build Sheffield City Council’s new £23m Woodside School in the Burngreave area of the city.The school is the biggest capital project undertaken by the council and will provide nearly 9,000sq m of new education space while the nearby existing grade II listed Pye Bank School will be refurbished to provide an additional 1,800sq m of space.
