The care kits must;
be small enough and light enough to be carried to, and transported in, a domestic car.
comply with regulations and directives of use in the U.K. and which govern the use of such equipment.
be robust with excellent reliability and have a proven background of use in the NHS in Wales.
comply with the criteria described in the British Society of disability and Oral Health document ‘Guidelines for the Delivery of a Domiciliary Oral Healthcare Service’
