Permission to turn old physio clinic in New Line, Greengates, into flats granted by Bradford Council
Plans to turn a former physiotherapy clinic into two flats have been approved by Bradford Council. The New Line Clinic, which was based in New Line, Greengates, was originally built as a three bedroom semi-detached house. The planning permission to change the use of the property into two flats was sought by Izdihar Mani. The approved plans will see both flats have two-bedrooms with open-plan living areas and off-road car parking areas to the rear.In the design and access statement it said flats would be a good use for the site, “as the area is mostly residential” and there is a “shortage of residential housing” in the area.
