Temple quarter scheme set for approval
Proposals for three mixed-use buildings that could provide more than 400,000 sq ft of commercial space on a site in Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone are set to get the green light next week (15 March 2017).AXA IM – Real Assets lodged plans for the buildings, together known as Assembly Bristol, last year.Its hybrid application includes detailed plans for the first of the buildings together with an outline submission for the remainder of the development.The property is expected to complete by 2018 and is currently being marketed to prospective occupiers by Savills and JLL.
