School acquires grade II-listed building
A grade II-listed building in Somerset is set to be returned to educational use following its acquisition by the Wellington School.The Grange has been sold by Abbeyfield, a charitable housing association which owns over 500 houses and care homes throughout the UK. Following completion of the sale, which is subject to contract, the building will be returned to educational use more than a century after it was built as girls’ school in 1906.
