The current contract for Information technology services in Northampton is projected to end on 21/3/2018 and may be available for re-tender.The current contract for Information technology services in Northampton included to appoint a service provider to provide ICT, print & design and service transformation which are consistent with the aims and objectives of the users and their core values.The Council is seeking to put in place a framework agreement that will enable named users to utilise the arrangement for the delivery of an ICT related managed service.The service provider will be expected to deliver ICT and related services that both deliver established operational ICT, print & design services and services that will support and facilitate ambitious programmes of service change and improvements to meet the business needs of users. Prospective service providers will be required to have a flexible approach to improving and transforming the services.
