HCA funding for major Mansfield scheme
A multimillion-pound development in Mansfield which could create 4,000 jobs has taken a step forward after developers struck a funding agreement with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).Berry Hill Mansfield, which will comprise 1,700 homes, an innovation park, employment land and space for retail and leisure use, has been awarded £8.5m.Infrastructure work on the first phase of Berry Hill has started and will include about 500 homes.
