Historic Shepherd’s Bush Palladium site given serviced apartments green light in eight-storey development
Original features of the building, which in more recent years was a Walkabout pub, will be retained as part of apartments and commercial space plans.Planning permission has been granted for a hotel group to transform the former Shepherd’s Bush Palladium building into new serviced apartments.The original façade and historic details of the building, which was the famous Walkabout pub in one of its last incarnations , will be retained and an eight-storey building built upon it to accommodate 74 new apartments, along with commercial space on the ground and lower ground floors.Construction of the apartments, which will be available for short and long term lets, will begin in 2018 with completion expected in 2019.
