Boutique gym ready for Leeds launch after planning green light
Plans to transform the basement of a grade II-listed building in Leeds into a boutique gym have been approved, with the job-creating venue set to open in late July.Trib3 gym will incorporate a studio for classes alongside training equipment, changing rooms and a reception area within 5,500 sq ft of floorspace at 68-72 Wellington Street. Developed by Kevin Yates and Dan Summerson alongside David Cross and partners, the TRIB3 concept is based around intensive group workouts with the aim of achieving results quickly.The company has two gyms in Sheffield and plans are in place for an expansion into Manchester and at ten further locations across the country.
