4. Description: The Awarding Authority has established the need to procure a Timetabling Management Software Package. This will help to facilitate the efficient production of numerous timetables throughout the different programmes and provide the College with useful management information statistics. The Service Commencement Date may allow an implementation period with College-specific configuration of not more than 3 months after the contract commencement date. The licensing, support and maintenance will run for an initial period of four (4) years from the Service Commencement date with three (3) optional extension periods of one (1) year each. All optional extensions will be subject to review and satisfactory performance assessment. Support and maintenance will commence from the date the system is fully operational and may be extended on an annual basis following the uptake of any optional extension periods. In addition, further services may be required to develop additional functionality and facilitate system upgrades or additional training in line with the daily rates specified in Table C of the Pricing Schedule for Additional Services and as specified in Mandatory Requirement 38.
