4. Description: The Awarding Authority wishes to procure a Double Interpreting Booth with Integrated Training Equipment for the purpose of training conference interpreters.
The proposed solution will be required to use industry-standard equipment allowing an authentic replication of professional multi-lingual conferences and seminars. The double interpreting booth will need to be de-mountable, sound-proof, and ventilated, and the integrated training system must support up to eight double delegate units. The solution will need to be mobile and scalable, with the option of adding further interpreting booths and delegate units in the future.
The solution will also require a Tutors Unit that will allow the tutor to communicate and record audio translation with the Booth.
This Contract shall be for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a Double Interpreting Booth with Training Equipment.
