Description: The Awarding Authority require to establish a contract for the supply and delivery of monographs in both print and electronic format to all beneficiaries of the contract outlined in Annex A of the Specification Schedule on the website below including the Northern Ireland Assembly. The supply of monographs will include a number of types of publications arranged in a series of parts. Lot 1 – legal publications (monograph and serial publications dealing including updating volumes and other part works largely with a legal subject bias. Lot 2 – general publications (publications generally available from a variety publishers with a wide subject coverage). Lot 3 – e-books (general publications as in Lot 2 above published in electronic format). The contract will be for an initial period of three years commencing on the date of award and will contain an option for renewal for a further period of one year.
