Agent appointed to market Essex office scheme
A letting agent has been appointed for the second phase of an office development in Colchester.Colchester Borough Council has instructed real estate adviser Savills as letting agent for the second phase of the Amphora Place scheme.The first phase of the development consisted of a 19,730 sq ft building which has been pre-let to Birkett Long and is due to be completed in spring 2017. Savills is now seeking a pre-let for phase two, which will consist of a self-contained, three-storey office property totalling 12,109 sq ft.Located two miles from the A12, Amphora Place is close to Colchester’s historical core as well as the town’s railway station and many retail and leisure amenities.
