The framework will consist of two lots – Lot 1, Programmes and Lot 2, Regulation.All firms appointed to the framework must be capable of providing a full legal service, including but not limited, the following areas of work to enable HCA to deliver its remit.Lot 1- ProgrammesThis lot will be between 5 and 7 firms providing the following services:1. Housing including but not limited to Affordable/Social Housing2. Property including Property Finance, Landlord and Tenant and Regeneration3. Procurement and State Aid4.
