A pipeline has been launched for Homes for Lambeth – Housing Management Services – Phase 1The contract start Date is 01 March 2018. Approach to market date is 31 May 2017The London Borough of Lambeth has commenced an ambitious estate regeneration and house building programme to improve a selection of its estates and deliver additional new homes. It is seeking a provider of housing management and associated services for the first phase of this programme; predominantly a scheme of 70 affordable homes on Lollard Street, SW11 6PX.The London Borough of Lambeth is currently seeking expressions of interest from potential bidders in order to assist in the pre-procurement market analysis. This is not a call for tenders or a pre-qualification exercise.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
