Plans lodged for Exeter pub redevelopment
Plans have been lodged for the redevelopment of an Exeter pub and neighbouring derelict site with a mixed-use scheme providing more than 120 student flats.Development firm Rengen has submitted an application to Exeter City Council for the demolition of the King Billy Public House Longbrook Street. The site, together with an adjacent derelict plot of land, would then be redeveloped.The proposed development would comprise 124 purpose-built student bedrooms. The ground floor of the building will provide two new commercial units, while scheme will also feature secure parking for bicycles.
