Hull law firm advises on takeover
A Hull-based law firm has helped Grafham Holdings take a majority stake in a packaging company.Myton Law advised Grafham Holdings on the takeover of Delta Pack, which makes 400 million paper bags per year for the food and drink industryKent-based Grafham Holdings is made up of five packaging companies. Delta Pack is a supplier to Retail Packaging Solutions (RPS), which supplies pizza boxes, trays and tray liners for the retail and food market from its facility in Sutton-in-Ashfield and was bought by Grafham in 2016.Grafham’s group finance director Kevin Beamon said Delta Pack is a “good fit” for the group.Other Grafham companies include £10m-turnover Hovat, PH Labels and Wydata.
