Plans in for £13m housing scheme
Plans have been submitted to transform an industrial estate in West Bromwich into new housing as part of a £13m project.Woodbourne Group has earmarked the site near Black Lake tram stop for the 70-home development, comprising 53 houses and 17 apartments.It will also include charging points for electric vehicles and bicycle storage.The Black Country Garden City will result in more than 45,000 new homes being built over the next decade.
