Plans for 50-apartment Kelham Island site submitted
A Sheffield property developer has submitted plans for 50 new apartments in the Kelham Island area.Crossbow Ventures has lodged plans for a seven-storey building on the site of the former Carr Motors.The building has been designed by Sheffield-based multi disciplinary practice CODA Studios which worked with to Sheffield Council’s planning department.CODA and Crossbow were also the key partners in the development of the £1m eco-friendly Krynkl commercial development at Shalesmoor, the Palatine Gardens scheme in nearby Henry Street and the recently completed Bento development at Shalesmoor.
