Work starts on £1.6m industrial scheme
Construction work has started on the final phase of new industrial and warehouse units at the Hamilton Business Park in Hedge End, Hampshire.Commercial property specialist Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is in talks with potential occupiers for the 24,760 sq ft scheme, which is close to Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s at Junction 7 of the M27.The steel frame is being erected this month, and the space is expected to be ready for occupation in September 2017.The new development may be offered as one complete unit, or divided into units from 5,325 sq ft depending on the needs of the occupiers.Hamilton Business Park, owned by the Hargreaves group of companies, is home to household names including Wickes, Magnet, M&S and Screwfix, along with drinks wholesaler Matthew Clark and floor cleaning machine company Truvox International.
