Green light for job-creating Worcester plans
Planning permission has been approved for 255 homes and 160,000 sq ft of commercial space on a 44-acre Taylors Lane site in Worcester, which could help to create hundreds of jobs.Worcester City Council and Malvern Hills District Council have resolved to grant planning permission for the St Modwen scheme.The site comprises approximately 10 per cent of the South Worcestershire ‘urban extension’ allocated by the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
