Green light for distribution warehouse in Derbyshire
Planning permission has been granted for a 261,000 sq ft high-bay distribution warehouse on the South Normanton Industrial Estate in Derbyshire, known as Nickel 28. Joint venture partners Richardsons Capital LLP and Thorngrove Land & Property were given the go-ahead for the scheme which will be situated in High View Road.The warehouse will also include offices, a 50m yard, lorry parking, 24 dock loading doors, a secure gatehouse and double stacking entrance road.South Normanton Industrial Estate is already home to a number of high-profile occupiers including XPO Logistics, Alliance Healthcare, Synseal and Diversity. Cushman & Wakefield and Commercial Property Partners have been retained as the joint letting agents.
