£70m luxury hotel in heart of tech hub gets green light
Plans for the £70m first luxury hotel in Liverpool’s technology hub Baltic have been approved by the city council today (Tuesday, June 13).Developer Elliot Group had applied for a change of use to an existing planning approval to create The Vincent Residence & Hotel, a luxury 306-bedroom hotel overlooking Queen’s Dock. The development will also offer 50 ‘over-sized’ serviced apartments, a 10,000sq ft basement event space and a range of luxury rooftop services, including restaurant, lounge, spa, gym.
