New restaurant development to create 150 jobs
A Yorkshire-based restaurant group has unveiled its plans to develop a new restaurant, venue and a 25-room hotel after securing bank funding from Lloyds Bank.Jinnah Group bought Kingfisher House on Filey Street in Bradford, with a £650,000 loan from Lloyds Bank and now plans to invest more than £2.5m into converting the building.The redevelopment by Jinnah Group and Mi7 Developments, could create more than 150 jobs in Bradford and become one of the largest banqueting and conference venues in northern England.The 35,000 sq ft development will also develop a specialist Centre of Excellence in Asian cuisine chef training.A new world food restaurant will have a rooftop dining area and offer a range of foods including Kashmiri, Chinese, Italian, Mexican and Mediterranean.
