The unit must include a 80cm wood-fired pizza oven enclosed in a stand-outside trailer, with sufficient storage space for accompanying equipment. The trailer should be approximately 2m in length, with a width of approximately 1.5m.
The supplier must provide onsite training on how to operate the wood-fired oven to maximize profitability.
