A pipeline has been launched for CQC Customer & Corporate Services Senior Leadership Team DevelopmentThe contract start Date is 25 September 2017. Approach to market date is 26 June 2017The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is looking to gauge market interest and invite Expressions of Interest in a potential future opportunity for the provision of Senior Leadership-level Learning and Development.As part of an ongoing commitment to living the CQC values and supporting the organisation to delivery on the CQC Strategy, CQC Academy are looking to support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for Customer and Corporate Services Directorate (CCS), to identify a vision for what they will look like and the collective steps they need to take to become of a high performing senior leadership team.Due to the seniority of the team, CQC may seek to source an organisation with the expertise and experience in senior leadership team development to deliver and facilitate this. It is envisaged that a programme of development may be required to support the Executive Director and five Directors in developing a high performing senior leadership team.The SLT are potentially looking to work with an organisation with a proven track record of expertise and experience in working with Senior Leadership Teams, to enable them to effectively develop their leadership capabilities, attitudes and behaviours aligned to the CQC values as both individuals and a collective unit..Please note that at this stage CQC only wishes to gather expressions of interest only in this potential service requirement – this Notice is not a call for tenders or a pre-qualification exercise, and has been generated solely for the purposes of inviting expressions of interest, and may not reflect any information which may ultimately be presented in any potential future tendering exercise.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
