Taylor Wimpey secures planning permission for new homes in Troon
Taylor Wimpey West Scotland and Lynch Homes have received planning permission from South Ayrshire Council for the provision of 290 new homes through the development of land off Main Street in Barassie to the north eastern edge of Troon in South Ayrshire.The 49 acre site is identified for housing in the Local Development Plan and forms part of the approved Planning Permission in Principle for this master-planned area.The development in Barassie near Troon represents a significant investment in the local area by Taylor Wimpey West Scotland and Lynch Homes, and it will deliver a range of three, four and five bedroom homes in a variety of styles and sizes to appeal to a wide range of customers.Taylor Wimpey will deliver 226 new homes with Lynch Homes providing 64. As part of the master plan vision for the development careful consideration has been given to the exterior design and feel of the homes to create a sense of character at prominent key locations.
