New business park developer signs contract
A developer has been selected to build a 125,000 sq ft business park in Stoke.Real estate management group Network Space, which has an office in Cannock, has agreed a contract with Knottingley-based Caddick Construction to build the five-unit Tunstall Arrow scheme on James Brindley Way.The project is being self-financed by Network Space with support from the Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone and includes a 40,000 sq ft unit which has been pre-let to Q-railing, as well as four other units ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 35,000 sq ft.The site will represent one of first to have been brought forward through the Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone since it was announced in November 2015.
