Major student flats project secures £50m funding
A £50m funding package has been secured by a developer to construct 520 student flats in the centre of Birmingham.London & UK Property has been given the money by Hyde Park Finance and PGIM for its Ivy League Student Living-branded accommodation development at the former Globeworks site close to Aston University and Birmingham City University.Work started on site on Cliveland Street late last year and the project is expected to be finished by June 2019.The Nido Collection will operate the accommodation once it has been completed.
