These would sit upon a podium of two-storey buildings which provide commercial and retail space at ground level while also creating raised courtyard gardens for the residents.Construction is due to start in Septembert 2017.The design team on the project also includes the Vinden Partnership (project management, cost consultancy), RoC Consulting (structural engineering), Crookes Walker Consulting (mechanical and electrical), and Design Fire Consultants (fire engineering).
