Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Business Support Project Team is seeking to establish a consultancy framework agreement to provide business support & advice to assist local businesses to enter the renewable energy supply chain. A minimum of 200 businesses over 4 years will be assisted through a combination of company reviews, facilitation of sector interest groups and workshops. Consultants will be contracted to the Council to undertake specific reviews or workshops based on their relevant experience and expertise.
