Second chance for industrial park plan
A plan to build four industrial units in Solihull with 181 car parking spaces has been resubmitted to the borough council for consideration.Applicant JCAM Commercial Real Estate Property Ltd has published the original application in March last year but withdrew the plan before a final decision was made.Now the company has resubmitted the altered proposal for land at Solihull Parkway in Marston Green.It is seeking approval to construct the four buildings with permission for office, industrial and business uses.A final decision is expected to be made by the end of the year.
