JV to forward fund MK residential scheme
A joint venture between residential property group Grainger and pension fund asset manager APG has agreed to forward fund and acquire a 139-home development in central Milton Keynes.The build to rent, private rented sector (PRS) scheme has been purchased for £30.5m from the High Street Group.The 90,000 sq ft development in the centre of the town consists of 139 homes, resident amenity and commercial space, 170 bicycle storage spaces and 120 car parking spaces.United Living is the appointed contractor for the scheme.Pinsent Masons acted as legal adviser to Grainger.
