II.1.4) Short Description: The Northern Ireland Housing Executive requires a supply contract for the provision of kitchen units. It is anticipated that these kitchen units will be used on a regular basis either on Change of Tenancy (CoT) or when a defect is reported by the tenant via Response Maintenance. It is a mandatory requirement that all timber and wood-derived products supplied under this Contract, originate from legal and sustainable sources or FLEGT licensed or equivalent sources. Throughout the Contract period the Housing Executive will monitor and review the Contractor’s performance under the Contract using 3 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Housing Executive will manage poor contract performance in accordance with Procurement Guidance Note 01/12, including any amendments and updates issued by the Central Procurement Directorate of Northern Ireland.
