Exclusive Croston development secures go-ahead
Plans for an exclusive residential development in the Lancashire village of Croston have been given the go-ahead.Acting on behalf of Quantil Agriculture, HOW Planning has secured full planning permission for a four-home scheme on the Drinkhouse Farm site. This is expected to generate funds to support reinvestment into the company’s seed processing facility.The one-acre Drinkhouse Farm plot is located within an area of greenbelt. The proposed homes will replace the existing agriculture structures onsite.
