St Modwen starts work on latest Glan Llyn phase
Developer St Modwen has started construction work on the next phase of housing at its £1bn Glan Llyn development in Newport. The 146 homes will be released onto the market in autumn 2017 and will provide a choice of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties, including 22 affordable homes.As part of the wider Glan Llyn project, St Modwen will develop 4,000 new homes over the next 20 years.The 600-acre site will also feature a local centre with leisure and retail space, supported by new education facilities, all surrounded by 80 acres of extensive open parkland.
