Partner appointed for Manor Boot
Sheffield City Council has appointed a lettings and property management partner for its 250-home Manor Boot development.Private rented sector (PRS) specialist SDL Group has been chosen to be the council’s partner for all associated lettings and property management.Sheffield City Council approved the plans for the development on Prince of Wales Road, which will span 28.6 acres and comprise of a mix of three and four-bedroom properties.The Manor Boot scheme is being led by residential and urban regeneration specialist Sigma Capital Group, alongside Sheffield Housing Company.SDL Group’s appointment sees the continuation of a longstanding partnership with Sigma, which has seen the two companies launch and manage high profile PRS schemes across the UK.
