Total quantity or scope of tender
As part of the awarding authority’s continuous commitment to providing state of the art equipment to facilitate the student experience and learning, the Faculty of Creative Industries in Cardiff is looking for a range of media equipment including camcorder kits, batteries, tripods amongst various other commodities.
Minimum standards and qualification required
Potential suppliers need to be able to supply the equipment listed as per the specification and/or provide alternatives to those products listed whereby supply is an issue or the alternative is of a higher or equivalent specification. Technical specifications need to be provided in support of those alternatives suggested.
The supplier must indicate timescales for delivery for all the equipment specified and also indicate where they see a potential problem with supply.

The closing date and time for receipt of tender submissions is Friday 15th September 2017, 12 noon.
Tenders received after this time and date will not be considered.
