Plans in for former Bucks MoD site
Plans have been unveiled to build hundreds of homes on a 100-acre former Ministry of Defence (MoD) site in Buckinghamshire.Brownfield regeneration specialist and housebuilder Inland Homes has submitted an application to South Bucks District Council to develop Wilton Park, near Beaconsfield.The plot was once used as a school of languages for the MoD, which closed in 2014.The proposals have earmarked the land for 350 homes, as well as commercial and community space within a parkland setting.It is estimated that Wilton Park could have a gross development value of £350m.
