Gateway 12 project gathers pace
Speculative work at St Modwen’s £22m Gateway 12 development in Gloucestershire is gathering pace, with another planning application for the site set to be submitted.Subject to consent, the latest detached unit – which would be the development’s seventh – will provide 66,000 sq ft of commercial space. Two additional detached facilities of 24,000 sq ft and 34,000 sq ft are also set to be completed for occupation in 2018.The units are being built by Barnwood Construction and follow on from the completion and sale of the site’s first two 40,000 sq ft premises last year to kitchen company ProCook and home furnishing supplier Warwick Fabrics.
