The current contract for Health and social work services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 22-SEP-18 and may be available for retender. Nursing Home Placement for Adults and Older People.
To provide Nursing Care Services for:
– Nursing – Elderly Frail;
– Nursing – Elderly mentally infirmed (EMI).
The objectives of the service are to ensure the provision of high-quality, holistic and person-centred Nursing Care to meet the needs of adult and older people in the London Borough of Lewisham. The Service provided in care home accommodation should include a single room (unless otherwise agreed between the Council, the Provider and the Service User), full board, personal care and support, nursing care where appropriate, supervision on a 24 hour basis and day time activities.
