Planning permission granted for Kirkstall Gate development
Work is set to being on the second phase of development at Kirkstall Gate, after planning permission for the apartment building was approved.The Kirkstall Gate development on Commercial Road in Leeds was designed by Brewster Bye Architects.The next phase of the work involves the creation of eight additional apartments within a new rooftop extension.Work is currently underway on the first phase of 36 modern apartments and the second phase will start later this year.The building is owned by Gold & Amber, the company behind the successful North Crescent development, which saw 46 new two bedroom apartments built in Leeds City Centre.
