Elliot Group submits £36m plans
Elliot Group has submitted plans for a £36m extension to its Wolstenholme Square regeneration scheme in Liverpool, which involves creating an 11-storey luxury apartment block. The proposed development, called the Address at One Wolstenholme Square, is earmarked for the site of the former headquarters of social care charity PSS on Seel Street which Elliot Group acquired in June 2017. It would provide 151,620 sq ft of new space in total. The scheme would provide 200 homes plus two commercial units and a rooftop terrace for residents. There would be 32 studios, 102 one-bed apartments, and 66 two-bed homes. The wider Wolstenholme Square project is now 95 per cent pre-sold and the additional site is designed to satisfy investor demand for more homes in the area, according to Lawless. Residents will be provided with a luxury spa and pool for their exclusive use and there will be terraces on the ninth and 11th floors.Zerum is acting as planning consultant for the submission.
